From curiosity to conversion

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. –2 Corinthians 4:6
God’s Word brings light to those seeking truth, even in places where believers are few. Today, we celebrate the story of Anas, a young man from Morocco who found faith in Jesus:
“I've been watching episodes of the program for a very long time. At first, I was skeptical but curious. However, I gave my life to the Lord about three years ago after reading and studying the Bible with you. I haven't been baptized yet—I haven't found the opportunity, because I don't know any Christians in Morocco. At 32, I am single and pray to find a Christian wife. Thank you for mentioning me in your prayers.”
Today let’s thank God for the new life of Anas and pray for all those on the Bible Bus who are alone in their faith. As His Word goes out on THRU the BIBLE, may more people be drawn to the truth, offering fellowship and community to those who need it. Soon may many more in Morocco praise His name and bring glory to God.
The New Year is fast approaching, but we’re not done with our worldwide prayer journey just yet. See you on Monday in Yemen.
