Praying where faith in Jesus is forbidden
May 20, 2024
“I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” -Jeremiah 31:33
“You are our church.”
This good news comes from a from a listener in Saudi Arabia. He continues:
“Where I live, fellowship gathering to worship our Almighty God is forbidden. I follow the program on my smartphone when I have free time. I love everything about it; it is interesting, lovely, educational, and comforting. I wish to support it in anything, including financially. Glory to God. God bless your ministry.”
As the epicenter of Islam and one of the world’s most oppressive nations, Saudi letters like this one make us leap for joy. When the task seems monumental—even impossible— remember this listener and keep praying. Ask God to grow the number of His people so they become a bold, vibrant church that cannot be ignored or denied. May His name soon be written on the hearts of many men, women, and children within Saudi Arabia’s borders.
It's a privilege to pray alongside you. Join us tomorrow as we share specific prompts for Oman.
