The only one worthy of our prayers

… He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. -1 Timothy 6:15-16
“So, I don’t need to pray to the saints? This idea intrigues me. Please tell me more.”
That’s the beginning of a letter we recently received from Carlos in Portugal. Here’s more:
“I'm listening to your program. I’m amazed at what I’ve learned. Some of it shocks me, but it really makes sense. I like you very much. I have gone to church my entire life and never heard anything like this. Will you pray for me?”
Thank God for the truth and clarity found in His Word. As we pray for Carlos, let’s pray for all those seeking answers to difficult questions and for THRU the BIBLE’s team who faithfully and lovingly answer them. As they interact, may God’s truth be evident and His glory revealed.
We’ve got good news from Serbia. Join us tomorrow as we travel there together and praise the Lord.
