God’s Word is relevant … even in Sweden

If you hopped aboard the Bible Bus on Monday, you heard Gregg and Steve talk about how God is answering our prayers in Sweden. While THRU the BIBLE is making a difference in the lives of listeners of many different languages, there is still much to pray about.
In this country of more than 10 million people, only 50% claim to follow Christianity, and even fewer claim to know God personally. The current generation is growing up believing that the church and God are not relevant to life, and they pursue materialism, hedonism, and individualism instead.
Today as we pray for THRU the BIBLE as it goes out in the Swedish language, ask for God’s Spirit to soften hearts and open minds to His truth. Pray more people, especially the young, discover the wisdom and life He offers to those who call upon His name. May they soon realize God’s Word is relevant to their daily circumstances and, through them, may the nation be changed and God’s name be praised.
