Do you yearn for more?
May 12, 2023
As our journey through southern Asia ends today, we stop and rejoice with an extended family that hops aboard the Bible Bus with us in their language of Kannada. Here’s their story:
“Like a child grows … day by day, bit by bit … so does our faith develop. Thank you for making God’s Word understandable. If it were given to us all at once, it would be too much. The Holy Spirit uses you to help us learn exactly what we need at the right pace. We do have growing pains and difficult times, but we keep moving forward and yearning for more. May you be blessed for your part in modeling and maturing us.”
Isn’t that a great prayer prompt? Together let’s pray more people in southern Asia (and each of us) yearn for more as we study together.
Father, thank You for Your Word that guides us, grounds us, and grows us up so that we can walk in wisdom and spiritual maturity. We pray all those who study with us will walk in a way that is pleasing and glorifying to You. And, as we face difficulties, give us Your joy as we move forward and desire to know You better. In the precious name of Jesus we pray, amen.
Our prayer travels take us to the Middle East next week. See you in Saudi Arabia next time!
